Glasses & prescriptions
Yes. You can use a valid prescription from another optometrist. You can upload your prescription when ordering online or bring it into the store.
Yes. If you're visiting us in store, we can take the necessary measurements. For online orders, we can guide you on providing your pupillary distance (PD).
PD stands for pupillary distance. It is the measurement between your pupils and helps us correctly position the optical centre of your lenses.
Yes. Many of our sunglasses can be made with prescription lenses, including tinted and polarised options.
Yes. We offer multifocal lens options for customers who require distance, intermediate and near vision in one pair of glasses.
Yes. Blue-light-filter lens options are available on selected prescription lens packages.
Yes. Photochromic lenses that darken when exposed to UV light are available in several options.
Lens thickness depends on your prescription, frame choice and individual requirements. Our team can recommend the most suitable option for you.
Own-frame reglazing
Yes. We offer an own-frame reglazing service, allowing you to keep your existing frame and replace the lenses.
Most frames can be reglazed, but we need to assess the condition, material and design of the frame first. Some older or damaged frames may not be suitable.
Yes, provided the frame is suitable for multifocal lenses and allows the required fitting measurements.
Health funds
If you have eligible optical extras cover, you may be able to claim part of the cost of your glasses or contact lenses. Your rebate depends on your health fund and level of cover.
Yes. HICAPS is available in store for eligible health fund claims.
Eligibility varies between health funds and policies. We can provide the appropriate receipt or tax invoice for eligible optical purchases.

Please contact us as soon as possible. If production has not yet commenced, we may be able to make changes. Custom prescription lenses generally cannot be changed once manufacturing has started.
